I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend, I sure did.  Fireworks, BBQ, fun, rest, and HEAT.  Now back to the REAL ESTATE market.  I know many buyers have taken advantage of the

tax credit for FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS that expired on April 30th,  BUT I also know that many first time home buyers missed out. 

Well, I have some GREAT news.  If you missed the tax credit deadline, don’t give up just yet.  You may be eligible for the first time home buyer grant.  The grant program is good for most counties in the DC, MD, VA area, and provides assistance to first time buyers, up to$7,500.

The grant money can be applied towards your downpayment, or closing cost, but you MUST hurry.  It’s available on a limited basis.  First come first serve.  Once all the money have been paid out, you must wait until next year.

How real is this?  Well, it’s not a joke.  Here is a success story.  One of my clients just moved into their FIRST HOME for a few thousand dollars.  That’s right!  This could be YOUR STORY!!
